Eunos Roadster RS Limited

Eunos Roadster RS Limited
The RS Limited was a special model produced for the Japanese market during 1994. Production was limited to 500 and the specification was one of the highest seen on a Roadster at the time.

RS Limited was based on the S-Special so featured Bilstein suspension, a yellow front tower brace, and 15" BBS multispoke alloy wheels. For improved acceleration and response from the 1.8 engine, a lightened flywheel and higher 4.3 final drive ratio were used.

The exterior was given the exclusive Montego Blue mica paintwork. This is one of those colours that looks subtly different under various lighting conditions, moving between dark blue and green shades.

There was a red "RS" decal fitted above the side repeater on the passenger side wing. The interior didn't have a stereo but did get a 3-spoke Nardi leather steering wheel, Nardi leather gearknob, stainless kick plates, and stainless "Roadster" branded sill plates.

This edition is notable for including Recaro carbon kevlar bucket seats borrowed from the RX-7. Even today, nearly 30 years later, genuine versions of these seats remain sought after amongst Roadster enthusiasts. These seats were often removed and sold on due to their rarity and high value, making it difficult to find a complete and original RS Limited model outside of Japan.
