For a car with a supposedly cute and friendly appearance, Active's demonstration Roadster looks like the regular NC's evil twin. The Brilliant Black paintwork is matched with black alloy wheels, Tuckin99 grille, Nopro front lip, Jet Stream Type-2 ducktail spoiler, red racing tow hooks, and blacked out Mazda badges to complete the menacing looks. Active use the car for various time attack events, and have competed in the same 205 Cup as Joy Fast's car.
The mechanical spec of the car is equally impressive and includes upgrades such as Tomei performance camshafts, Nopro re-mapped ECU, Beatrush PPF chassis brace, Endless MXRS semi-metallic brake pads, RS Factory Stage muffler, Excedy clutch, Cusco 1.5 LSD, Omega engine oil, Omega power steering fluid, Omega 690 gearbox and differential oil, Nardi Classic steering wheel, Defi-linked gauges, Active's own development dampers, Recaro and Bride race seats, and depending on the event 205/50/16 Goodyear Eagle RS Sport tyres.
